The intelligent sealing tester evacuates the vacuum chamber to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the test sample immersed in water, and observes the gas escape or water infiltration of the test sample in the vacuum chamber to determine the sealing performance of the test sample. Working principle of the intelligent sealing tester: the difference in gas pressure inside and outside the package → gas expansion → gas escape → new gas balance → high gas ratio inside the package → large gas expansion rate → high pressure on the packaging film → strong gas escape.
