This is a technical modification of an engraving machine with an additional head, so as to realize the chamfering and inverting of the cable hole of the skylight guide rail at the same time, shortening one of the original two processes. In order to meet the load-bearing and strength of the original machine’s moving slide rail, the load-bearing plate of the whole machine structure is processed with 704A ultra-hard aluminum material, and the force deformation analysis is done. The result shows that the effect meets the requirements
The whole structure is designed and analyzed by CREO, and is now converted to STP format, which can be opened directly. The drilling host uses a 2.2KW electric spindle, and the chuck uses an ER16 CNC chuck, which can clamp a 6-10mm diameter tool handle, and cooperates with a fiber optic sensor to achieve effective compensation for the guide rail length deviation. The tooling part uses a rotating cylinder made by AirTac, and the structure is exquisite and compact.
