Dryland Rice Transplanter – 3D Model ProE Creo.Parametric AutoCAD-ZWCAD
The manual focuses on the design of dryland transplanter, targets the requirements of Chinese medicinal materials planting, and takes full automation as the goal. It decomposes dryland transplanting into five modules: automatic seedling separation system, seedling delivery system, transplanting system, suppression and watering system, and power system, and gradually completes the structural design, three-dimensional modeling, assembly forming, and motion simulation. Finally, the manual realizes the functions of tractor dragging forward, automatic seedling separation and seedling placement in the pot, zero speed difference of seedlings into the soil, adjustable seedling planting depth, row spacing, and plant spacing, stable seedling spacing is not affected by vehicle speed, covering soil and intermittent watering. The manual designs more than 20 mechanisms, including the seedling clamping device in the automatic seedling separation system, the pot feeding mechanism, the long-stroke reciprocating motion mechanism, the seedling lifting mechanism, the intermittent seedling delivery mechanism in the seedling delivery system, the intermittent seedling emergence mechanism, the “zero” speed transplanting mechanism in the transplanting system, the duckbill automatic opening mechanism, the speed change mechanism in the power system, the suppression mechanism, the intermittent watering mechanism, the suppression wheel adjustment mechanism, etc., and the key parts in the main mechanisms are strength checked. Simulation experiments show that the device can effectively meet the process requirements for growing medicinal materials in arid land.
