A semi-automatic press-fit machine for a slider part in a double jump light switch. Previously, it was manually installed, which hurt the fingers and the operators were unwilling to do this job. Now a semi-automatic press-fit machine is designed. The vibration plate automatically feeds the slider, and the housing is manually placed. After the micro switch is triggered, the slider is automatically pressed into the housing. Because the slider needs to be tilted to be installed, the housing is positioned at an inclined angle. After simulation, it can move. The slider is tilted and pushed into the housing, and then the tail is pressed in. It has been put into use, and the production capacity has increased by 30% compared to manual assembly.
