The device is composed of main table, pushing cylinder assembly, double-layer sliding table assembly, and loading tooling assembly. The guide rails are placed above and to the side of the guiding seat, and the two cylinders push the loading and unloading assemblies, so that the up and down double-layer opposing movement can be realized, i.e., while loading the material on one side, it is unloaded on the other side, thus improving the production efficiency.
