Bubble film roll unwinder, flip line mechanism, conveyor belt, foam placement robot arm, foam feeder, tape application robot arm, bubble film bending machine, rack, etc
Automatic packaging line dimensions:
Length 6480mm, height 2500mm, maximum width 3400mm, average width 1650
Applicable door frame specifications:
Maximum length 2050mm, maximum width 1200mm, maximum weight 180kg
Action steps:
1. Automatically grab the door frame from the plate chain line and place it at the packaging location
2. Automatically place the foam at the four corners of the door frame
3. Automatic bubble film wrapping
4. Automatically wrap the foam and bubble film with tape.
