LCD screen laser cutting machine is used for cutting display glass for mobile phones, computers, LCD screens, etc.
Laser cutting of glass substrate is a complex process of interaction between laser and material. The process includes transient heat conduction of laser moving heat source to heat the material, thermal stress generated by temperature field gradient change, and thermal stress is used to induce crack expansion until fracture, thereby dividing the glass substrate.
The equipment mainly designs tray loading and unloading, picosecond laser cutting, optical path design, magnetic wheel transmission and other mechanisms, including sw2018 editable, which has been transferred to step. It has been successfully realized in normal production in BOE and Tianma factories.
