This is a crystal chip heat sink assembly equipment. The assembled parts include crystal chip, heat sink, nut and screw. First, the front loading station sends out the crystal chip. The incoming material of this crystal chip is tube-packed. An ordinary PVC tube is used to pack the material one by one. When the crystal chip comes out from the unloading place, the screw feeding robot takes the material to the turntable for assembly. The turntable is driven by the rotary transmission of the divider. The nut is fed by two vibration disks at the same time. When the nut and the transistor rotate to the same place, the locking screw structure locks the heat sink and the nut together. The last station is glue dispensing. Generally, crystal heat sinks need glue dispensing. After glue dispensing, it is the unloading station.
