The entire packaging process is automated. This paper’s paper bag tableware packaging machine solves the resource pollution problem of traditional plastic film packaging and effectively alleviates the problem of white pollution. It has fast packaging speed, good precision, strong practicality, good packaging quality and good efficiency. This paper mainly completes the following aspects of work.
(1) Determine the material and basic size of the paper bag.
(2) Determine the technical parameters of the paper bag tableware packaging machine and analyze the main components and movement principles.
(3)Determine the transmission scheme of the paper bag tableware packaging machine, namely the bag opening mechanism of the crank slider, the heat sealing mechanism, the gear rack mechanism, etc.
(4)Determine the coordination time of the three mechanisms
(5)Rationally select and design the actuator of the paper bag tableware packaging machine, so that the packaging can be completed smoothly.
Use Auto CAD design software to draw the key parts of the packaging machine system, accurately describe the key dimensions of components and assemblies, and check and modify the design. Determine whether the movement of each related part is coordinated, and solve many problems that need to be solved after the prototype is manufactured.
This design is a machine used in a specific tableware packaging production situation, and further research is needed in the future.
