Design of greenhouse snow removal device [Excellent including SW 3D modeling and 8 CAD drawings]
A greenhouse snow removal device with simple and compact structure, low cost and integrated automation. This device consists of a frame, a mobile trolley, a snow blower, a cam rotor mechanism and other parts. The trolley is used to achieve the lateral movement of the snow blowing device to ensure that the snow in the greenhouse can be blown away. The cam rotor mechanism completes the change of the elevation angle of the air outlet to ensure that the snow at all angles on the arc surface of the greenhouse can be blown away, and finally the snow blower completes the snow blowing task. This device integrates the cam rotor structure with the snow blower, making the structure compact, making it efficient, fast and accurate in removing snow from the greenhouse, and realizing complex snow removal tasks. The lateral moving trolley and the track are installed on the movable frame. The movable frame can move the entire mechanism between multiple greenhouses to achieve the snow removal function of multiple greenhouses with one mechanism. The horizontal moving trolley drives the belt through the variable frequency motor to make it move horizontally in the greenhouse. Touch switches and springs are installed at both ends of the guide rail. The spring prevents the touch switch from being damaged by the trolley, and the touch switch ensures that the trolley moves back and forth until the snow is cleared. A flat plate is installed on the trolley. The power of the snow blower installed on the flat plate is then reduced by the reducer to drive the cam mechanism, so that the connecting rod causes the snow blowing port to complete the longitudinal angle change of the greenhouse, so that the snow can be blown to each angle.
Since this snow removal device needs to meet the requirements of low cost, high efficiency, and automation, on the basis of being able to meet the needs of farmers, the specific design we have made is as follows: 1. The frame is equipped with universal wheels, which can make the entire device move between greenhouses. One device can meet the snow removal of long greenhouses and multiple greenhouses; 2. The motor of the snow blower provides power to prompt the cam structure to complete the elevation problem. The structure is compact and can remove snow from all parts; 3. The touch switch and cam structure ensure the automatic snow removal of the device, which is efficient, automatic and safe.
