Design and simulation of a combined machine for recycling residual film by crushing cotton stalks [including SW three-dimensional 3D modeling and 7 CAD drawings]
Wide-film cotton planting technology is now widely used in Xinjiang, and about 100,000 tons of residual film are newly produced every year. If the residual film is left in the field and cannot be recycled in time, it will cause serious pollution to the soil and the environment. At the same time, a large amount of straw in the field after autumn has a great impact on the recycling of residual film. If the residual film is directly recycled by the machine, there will be too much straw and other debris mixed in it, and the residual film box will be full in a short time, affecting the operation efficiency. Therefore, after the harvest, the residual film must be separated from the residual film to be collected to reduce the impact of the ground straw on the mechanical collection of residual film. As an important biomass energy source, cotton stalk resources have a huge output in my country, and recycling them separately can also bring certain benefits. This paper analyzes the current combined machine for recycling residual film by crushing cotton stalks at home and abroad, and according to the actual situation in Xinjiang, makes certain changes to the existing combined machine for crushing residual film by crushing cotton stalks, and designs a new model. The working principle and structure of the combined machine for cotton stalk crushing and residual film recovery are introduced, and its transmission relationship, cotton stalk crushing and returning to the field, and residual film recovery and film-lifting mechanism are analyzed and explained, and the whole process is summarized.
