The stainless steel chain plate line hs-0900 crankshaft conveyor is a transmission device with a standard chain plate as the bearing surface and a motor reducer as the power transmission. The chain plate conveyor is composed of a power device (motor), a transmission shaft, a roller, a tensioning device, a sprocket, a chain, a bearing, a lubricant, a chain plate, etc. The two main parts that drive the material conveying are: the chain, which uses its cyclic reciprocating motion to provide traction power; the metal plate, which serves as the carrier during the conveying process. Through the parallel operation of multiple chains, the chain plate conveyor can be made very wide and form a differential speed. The speed difference of multiple chains can be used to make the multiple-column conveying become a single-column conveying without extrusion, thereby meeting the requirements of single-column conveying of beverage labeling, filling, cleaning and other equipment. We can make the head and tail of the two chain plate conveyors into overlapping mixed chains so that the bottle (can) body is in a dynamic transition state, so that no material is retained on the conveying line, and can meet the pressure and pressure-free conveying of empty bottles and full bottles.
