Crankshaft production line processing production line project
1. Due to the numerous processing procedures, this project requires loading and unloading angles, precision, speed, etc.; the conveying method of truss + six-axis robot + chain plate belt line is adopted;
2. The weight of each product is about 2.5kg, and the fixture design adopts double Z-axis double-station, three-claw fixture; to ensure that the product can be accurately clamped, a six-axis manipulator with a load of 20kg and a 6-meter truss is selected;
3. In terms of safety protection, closed operation is implemented, and a protective net is installed on the entire line. Sensors are installed for opening and closing doors, and the door opening equipment automatically stops running. The equipment needs to be restarted after closing the safety door, and the entire line resumes operation to protect the life safety of the operator.
4 robots, 7 truss robots, and 14 chain plate assembly lines.
The entire line is divided into 5 large process units, each unit is managed by 1 person in the early stage, which can be compressed to 1 person in the later stage, and 1 equipment management personnel. (6 people in the early stage, 3 people in the later stage)
Back-end detection, laser marking, deburring, polishing, cleaning and packaging are not yet designed for automation, and 3 more people are needed
For the construction of the entire line, the tooling of the machine tool equipment needs to cooperate with the automation design and is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The equipment signal acquisition and electrical are the responsibility of the automation manufacturer. The system design and modification procedures of some equipment require the cooperation of the manufacturer
The overall design takes into account the processes between units, between equipment, tool replacement, equipment failure, manual replacement operation, etc., to achieve operation without stopping the entire line.
