Compressor placement equipment process description
1-1 The equipment uses a flexible ABB six-axis robot, combined with a CCD vision system, which can adjust the position and angle of the compressor at will, so that the holes of the compressor match the studs of the chassis.
1-2 A 40KG-class robot is used, which can meet the load required for grabbing all types of compressors.
1-3 CCD uses the Robot-Vision Aligner automatic calibration system, which can perform automatic positioning and calibration, and is easy to operate.
