The roller surface is precisely processed and delicate and smooth. The rubber roller and the smooth roller are equipped with imported fast-mouth scrapers and the angle is adjusted by a worm gear reducer. The paint is evenly applied and the paint surface is smoother. The two ends of the rubber roller adopt bearings with seats, which can be quickly replaced to reduce maintenance time. The conveyor belt is driven by the roller with balanced centerline of the rubber roller, which improves the stability of the conveying. Lifting mechanism: The lifting and lowering of the rubber roller group is manually fine-tuned. The lifting and lowering of the two sets of rubber rollers are guided by four sets of imported precision linear guides and sliders without gaps. There will be no shaking or swinging during coating, and high-speed and stable coating can be performed. Plates of different thicknesses are easy to adjust. The lifting device is equipped with a cylinder locking device to eliminate the gap error of the whole machine. At the same time, it has an instant lifting function for the misplaced thick plate, which effectively protects the damage of the rubber roller and makes the coating more uniform and delicate. Conveying mechanism: The conveying table adopts the sanding machine workbench structure, which is more stable and the belt change is more convenient and quick; this structure determines that the oil tank design and installation are reasonable and scientific, and the replacement and cleaning of the oil tank are very convenient. The paint and cleaning solvent will not fall on the belt during roller coating and cleaning. The conveyor belt is an imported high-strength PU belt, which adopts an imported variable frequency speed regulation device, runs smoothly, is resistant to various solvents, and prevents chemical corrosion from causing delamination. Driving part: The rubber roller, smooth roller and conveyor belt are all driven by independent imported motors, and the independent imported inverter frequency control realizes stepless speed regulation, which is conducive to improving the quality of painting and facilitating the operation of the equipment. By adjusting different speeds, the amount of paint can be precisely controlled to obtain the best surface smoothness and saturation of the workpiece. Paint heating system and paint circulation: The paint bucket heating system is adopted to improve the stability of the paint circulation and it is easy to adjust the viscosity of the solvent-free UV paint. The stainless steel two-layer barrel is filled with active oil, and then heated by electric heating with temperature adjustment function, which can indirectly heat the paint. An optional stirrer can be used to stir the paint evenly. Coating system and maintenance: The oil tank is reasonably designed and very easy to clean, so that paint will not fall on the conveyor belt, and the belt replacement is also very simple.
