The equipment is mainly used for chain plate assembly, and completes the operation of the whole machine through multiple modules. The equipment is mainly equipped with a supply hopper, which controls the material supply amount through the hopper to achieve stable supply. During the supply process, the equipment tightens the hopper through a locking mechanism to prevent material overflow during the supply process, and then guides the material from the supply hopper to the assembly track through the guiding mechanism. Through the chain plate conveying mechanism, the materials are assembled one by one into a complete chain plate. During the assembly process, sensors detect the position and quantity of the materials to ensure the assembly quality. For materials that do not meet the requirements, the equipment removes them from the assembly track through the rejection mechanism.
