This set of equipment is used for squirrel cage rotor processing in fan motor manufacturers. After the squirrel cage rotor is cast aluminum, excess aluminum material is generated at the gate at the end of the aluminum ring. The gate is riveted into the aluminum ring to ensure the flatness of the rotor end face. It also avoids the gate falling off, causing the motor rotor to get stuck and burn out, and other quality problems. It also ensures that the rotor quality does not affect the clamping and positioning of the subsequent process and the quality of the motor. The gate material needs to be riveted and pressed flat to ensure product quality.
