The diaphragm machine is a volumetric compressor, which compresses the gas by changing the volume of the air cavity by deforming the diaphragm. There is a curved surface on the cylinder head and the oil distribution plate of the diaphragm head of the diaphragm machine, which respectively form the air cavity and the oil cavity with the diaphragm sandwiched between the two. The air cavity is connected to the suction and exhaust valves installed in the valve hole of the cylinder head, and the oil cavity is connected to the oil cavity in the cylinder body through the numerous guide holes on the oil distribution plate. The bolts around the diaphragm head fasten the cylinder head, diaphragm, oil distribution plate and cylinder body together, so that the air cavity and oil cavity in the diaphragm head are sealed without leakage.
