BMC Plastic Stator Cooling Line – 3D Model SolidWorks
This model is a BMC plastic-sealed stator cooling line. The line body is used in the plastic-sealed workshop of the motor manufacturer. The temperature of the stator after BMC injection molding is as high as about 120°C. At this time, the temperature of the motor body is not conducive to the subsequent stator performance test. The natural air cooling speed is slow, which affects the production efficiency and causes a large accumulation between the front and back. Therefore, it is necessary to cool quickly through external conditions. An axial fan is used to accelerate the cooling of the stator. The line body adopts a double-layer 2.5-speed chain. The front and rear head up and down mechanisms adopt a stepper motor and ball screw structure. The file contains sldasm/stp/igs/x_t and other formats, which can be edited.
