BMC Plastic Sealed Stator Cleaning Machine – 3D Model SolidWorks

This equipment is used for cleaning the flash of stator injection molding in the BMC injection molding workshop of motor manufacturers. During the injection molding of BMC plastic-sealed stators, flash will be generated to varying degrees due to the manufacturing process of the injection mold, the processing accuracy of the injection mold, and the influence of the injection molding process. BMC flash will affect the assembly of the subsequent process. It adopts a one-out four-station design and semi-automatic production. The file package contains step/igs/easm/x_t and other format files for easy use.
