Bearing Inner Ring Press, Non-Standard Automatic Press – 3D Model SolidWorks
The bearing inner ring press is a non-standard automatic press machine. This equipment is used to press the inner ring of the bearing after the wheel hub and steering knuckle are assembled.
The equipment is driven by a gas-liquid booster system, and the press process is stable and has little impact.
During the operation of the equipment, the air servo is required to move the wheel hub to the steering knuckle (one of the products, HBQX, is first turned 180°, then translated to the steering knuckle, and then divided into two products, one product is directly pressed.
