Battery Soft Pack Fixture, Tab Capacity Separation Fixture – 3D Model SolidWorks
The soft-pack battery fixture model is mainly used in soft-pack battery processing equipment. It has a special design to complete the battery discharge and clamping function. The three-dimensional design is clear and practical. This needle bed structure is aimed at the automated production of polymer (soft-pack) battery formation and capacity division workshops. The battery can have two poles on one side, two columns on the left and right, and four groups of units in the front and back. The fixture has a single pressure mode and moves horizontally to the battery tray position. The front and rear clamps and blocks are pressed to charge and discharge the battery poles. The solenoid valve controls the cylinder through the PLC, and the sensor controls the stroke in place. The mechanical proximity switch senses the tray in place, and the fixture line to the terminal block becomes a modular structure with temperature sampling, smoke alarm, and even fire protection design. For the square shell lithium battery formation and capacity division fixture, the battery is loaded and unloaded using a restraint method to reduce the expansion of the battery body during the formation process. The fixture part is operated with a quick clamp to reduce the labor intensity of personnel operation. The modular design is more reasonable and efficient.
