This equipment is suitable for the automotive sealing strip rubber cutting industry. It is an online cutting equipment specially designed for punching pure rubber products. The overall machine is mainly composed of three parts, including feeding traction device, flying cutting cutting mechanism and automatic receiving device. The feeding traction mechanism is composed of a roller, upper and lower belts and related transmission mechanisms; the cutting mechanism includes two cutting methods, one is a knife plate and knife pad method, which is used to cut soft rubber; the other is a concave and convex mold method, which is used to cut hard rubber. The two methods are easy to replace; the receiving end device consists of a conveyor line, a fixed length mechanism and a receiving tray. Good equipment advantages have been achieved. The structure of the drawing is very clear and detailed, with engineering drawings, instruction manuals, purchase parts, and standard parts lists. The drawings have been used in actual production. The drawing format is solidworks2018, and everyone is welcome to download it.
