1. Product loading: The materials produced in the injection molding workshop are filled in the tray, and the workers put the tray into the machine’s entrance conveyor belt. The equipment automatically transfers it to the material collection position and positions the tray.
2. Product unloading After the product is inspected, the robot places the tray, fills the entire tray, and then outputs it to the equipment, which is manually removed and packaged.
3. The inspection uses a line scan camera to inspect on two sides. The electric cylinder drives the product to move under the inspection station. It is divided into two processes, back and forth, and each process inspects one side of the product. After the inspection is completed, it returns to the loading position, and then the unloading mechanism removes the product from the inspection mechanism and places it in the receiving box.
