Automatic Pipe Feeding Mechanism – 3D Model SolidWorks
This pipe feeding mechanism is a commonly used feeding mechanism in non-standard equipment. Action description: The pipe is placed in the silo, the product rolls into the push plate bevel, the cylinder rises and falls, and the product is lifted up. It rolls down to the second push plate along the bevel direction, and the pipe is pushed step by step, and finally pushed to the conveyor line. The photoelectric switch e3z-d61 is used to give the push plate cylinder a lifting signal. When the photoelectric sensor cannot sense the product, it means that the lifting cylinder can be lifted up and the pipe material can be pushed to the conveyor line. The function of E2K_X4ME1 is to determine whether there is a product in the toggle plate. The top optical fiber is used to determine the direction of the pipe, so as to give the stepping rotation direction (send to the next station/return to the silo). This mechanism is very helpful for design.
