Automatic Locking Shim Machine – 3D Model SolidWorks
The lock washer machine includes a frame and a locking screw assembly installed on the frame. The locking screw assembly includes an electric screwdriver and a vertical drive module. The lower end of the electric screwdriver is facing the above-mentioned limit slot; the electric screwdriver has not moved downwards. When the electric screwdriver moves downward, the upper limit groove of the stop block is connected with the screw moving groove. When the electric screwdriver moves downward, the stop block is pressed and flipped downwards. In this way, by setting a reversible stop block at the end of the screw moving slot, the automation of screw feeding and screw locking is realized. The drawings of the locking washer screw machine include engineering drawings and BOM lists.
