Automated lithium battery cell gluing machine This equipment is mainly used for gluing and fixing lithium battery cells. It is used in the process after lithium battery cell stacking to further reinforce and fix the stacked cells. Working principle: The robot automatically takes the battery cell out of the fixing fixture from the incoming material pull belt, and applies narrow glue to fix the battery cell. The gluing is divided into four stations. The first and second stations apply three narrow glues on the two sides, and the third and fourth stations apply two narrow glues on the tail of the battery cell. After the gluing is completed, the battery cell is removed from the fixture, and the robot transfers the battery cell to the battery cell cold pressing station. The drawings of this equipment are complete, including engineering drawings, and a list of parts and purchased parts. This glue machine equipment has been mass-produced, and the design of each mechanism is mature and stable.
