Manual loading system: The manual loading system puts the fuse box on the conveyor belt conveniently, so that the fuse box enters the inspection system in an orderly manner to realize the function of loading. n2. Conveying Movement System: It is composed of motor, conveyor belt, controller and related accessories to realize the smooth conveying of insurance boxes according to the requirements of the inspection system. n3 Visual Inspection System: It is composed of 2 sets of cameras and corresponding light sources, the specific inspection items are shown in “Annex I”. n4 Software analysis and control system: after taking images from the cameras, the host software analyzes and determines the properties of the fuse box: qualified and unqualified products. n5 Discharge inspection system: after the software determines the property of the fuse box, through the PLC electrical control system, the discharge inspection system will classify and discharge the good and defective products according to the property indicated by the software. n 6.
