Functions of automatic feeding and magnetizing machine: n Vibrating plate loading, through the vertical module shifting and gripping, with the horizontal module shifting, to realize the two ends of the alternating up and down products, to improve the production efficiency. n Scope of application: n It can be adapted to a variety of products by replacing the vibrating plate & material channel & pickup suction head. n Structure composition: n1.Vibrating plate loading mechanism: through two vibrating plates to achieve the function of loading on both sides. n2. Carrier handling mechanism: two cylinders are driven by the module to achieve the product loading and unloading handling action. n3. Gripping mechanism: through the cylinder downward movement below the blocking piece recovery makes the magnetic column close to the product to achieve the role of loading, when unloading the blocking piece open to achieve the role of unloading. n4.Direct vibration feeding mechanism: The vibrating plate is connected with the direct vibration mechanism at the back of the vibrating plate, so as to achieve the role of material storage buffer and linear long-distance feeding. n5.Receiving mechanism: Through the groove, the finished materials are stuck in the magnetized materials. n6. Downward press magnetizing mechanism: the cylinder drives the press head to press the product and energize to complete the magnetization. ….. 7.Lateral handling mechanism: drive the product through the module to complete the left side and the right side of the material, the role of carrying to the magnetizing position. n Process flow: n Step 1: Load the material through vibration plate and direct vibration mechanism n Step 2: The right side of the carrier handling mechanism is moved to the top of the straight material path, through the cylinder downward, block upward to pick up the material. n Step 3: The carrier lifting mechanism moves over the lateral lifting mechanism and places the unmagnetized material into the carrier by moving the cylinder down and the stopper down n Step 4: The lateral handling mechanism is moved to the left side to move the material underneath the downward press magnetizer n Step 5: The downward press magnetizer presses the material through the cylinders and energizes it to complete the magnetization. n Step 6: At the same time as step 5, the previously magnetized product is pushed under the left carrier handling mechanism n Step 7: The left carrier handling mechanism carries out the loading of the material on the left side and the unloading of the magnetized product. n Step 8: The lateral handling mechanism moves the magnetized product to the right side under the right carrier handling mechanism n Step 9: The carrier handling mechanism moves the magnetized material to the receiving device and at the same time loads the non-magnetized material.
