The equipment consists of a pallet paper pad loading system, a pallet conveyor line, a finished product conveyor line, a packing line (preparation packing line), a robot and other parts.
1) Pallet conveyor line: This line consists of a conveyor roller in the main transmission direction, a belt in the side transmission direction, a drive reducer, a photoelectric switch, an aluminum profile rack and other parts. The roller is made of stainless steel 304, the drive reducer is made of Taiwan’s high-quality products, and the profile is made of high-quality national standards.
2) Finished product conveyor line: This line consists of a conveyor roller in the main transmission direction, a belt in the side transmission direction, a drive reducer, a photoelectric switch, an aluminum profile rack and other parts. 3) Packing line (preparation packing line): This mechanism consists of a conveyor belt and a lifting mechanism. It descends when receiving the pallet and rises after entering to load the buns. The packing line and the preparation packing line work alternately to achieve non-interval packing.
