Process description
This process adopts a one-to-two control method, and a camera control system simultaneously identifies and controls the left and right recognition cameras.
The camera reads the material and identifies the 1234 level products. The system feeds back to the PLC controller to distinguish and exclude the 1234 level products.
The left and right conveyors are divided into 22 equal parts. Each part passes through the camera recognition area. The camera reads the good and bad materials. The data analyzed by the system is fed back to the PLC, and the PLC controls the products of each level. Exclude to the 1-2-3-4 exit conveyor at the designated equal position. Identify the first-level material and the first-level material will go out directly. The 2-3-4 exclusion valve does not intervene. Products at level 2-3-4 are identified and excluded at position 2–3-4, and cannot move to the first-level products. Function Function Flow Description Flow Description 1.1.1.1. This solution is designed according to the raw material identification and sorting process. The raw materials are manually placed in the feeder and the equipment is started. The raw materials enter the automatic cleaning area for cleaning. The cleaning equipment uses an S-shaped conveyor belt for cleaning. The S-shaped conveyor effectively allows the raw materials to automatically turn over and quickly clean the mud. The cleaning adopts a high-pressure spray washing method to quickly clean the surface of the raw materials. When entering the air-drying area, rapid dehydration is performed to prevent the raw materials from bringing a large amount of moisture into the visual equipment. The dehydrated raw materials are transported to the rapid separation machine, which quickly pulls the raw materials apart by a certain distance and transports them smoothly to the detection area. A dust collector is installed in the detection equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the camera and processing mechanism. With the cooperation of high-definition cameras and light sources, images are quickly collected and fed back to the image processor, which will give accurate signals to the PLC. The PLC control system will quickly process different levels. Two fast conveyors are installed in the equipment, and the sorted materials are automatically transported to the first-level channel and the second-level channel, and then transported to the designated box.
