This non-standard design uses a cylinder to drive the stainless steel clamp
Function: Replace the manual clamp, improve work efficiency, and ensure product consistency and stability. The stainless steel is 0.5mm thick Japanese metal 436 stainless steel used by mainstream models on the market. It is extremely bright but very easy to scratch. This tooling should avoid scratching parts during work.
The data contains both editable UG7.0 parameter data and general STP format files, as well as separate part 2D processing drawings and BOMs for all parts. This product is the tooling currently in use. It can be processed and put into actual production as soon as the drawing is cast, and it has certain reference value.
