This model is a dual-bearing rotor assembly equipment for duct motors, including rotor oiling, rotor bearing position circlip punching (circlip detection), and servo bearing pressing. The rotor enters the machine through the loading slide, the proximity switch fork mechanism is triggered, and the lifting mechanism lifts the rotor to the oiling roller for oiling. After completion, it enters the unloading slide and flows to the circlip station. The transfer mechanism loads the rotor to the circlip tooling. After the circlip is assembled, it enters the pressing mechanism. The bearing is loaded with a disc loader. After the bearing is pressed, it enters the unloading slide. The file also contains step/x_t/igs/easm and other formats for easy downloading and use.
