Plane detection – DFM action flow:
1. The product is manually placed into the equipment and clamped in place on the inner side of the product fixture;
2. The upper point laser XY mobile module carries a point laser to scan the horizontality of the upper surface of the product;
3. The lower point laser XY mobile module carries a point laser to scan the horizontality of the upper surface of the product;
4. The upper and lower surfaces are detected simultaneously, which can be used for mobile phone, tablet and computer detection.
