A10-Tray automatic loading and grabbing station action flow:
1. Tray material tray is manually loaded to the equipment and positioned in the left and right groups, and loading can be switched without stopping the machine;
2. The six-axis robot and air claws clamp the product and load it into the feeding line;
3. Check whether the feeding line is correctly placed with photoelectric sensors;
4. If there is a problem with the position, the robot grabs and places it in the auxiliary mechanism, clamps it and positions it, and then places it into the feeding line for loading;
