Working principle of grape vine burying machine
During operation, the rotary tillage and soil taking parts loosen and break the soil. The soil is thrown into the longitudinal soil conveying mechanism along the direction of the soil collecting shovel under the cooperation of the rotary tillage and soil taking parts’ rotary blade and the soil collecting shovel. The longitudinal soil conveying mechanism rotates at high speed under the drive of the transmission chain, and transports the soil thrown by the rotary tillage and soil taking parts to the transverse soil conveying mechanism. Driven by the rear output shaft of the main transmission gearbox, the transverse soil conveying mechanism evenly throws the soil on the grape vines to be buried in the winter, completing the whole process of burying the grape vines over the winter at one time.
The research content of this topic can be divided into four parts: First, the overall structure of the grape vine burying machine is designed; second, the exploration and research of the rotary tillage and soil taking mechanism of the grape vine burying machine is carried out to solve the problem of large amount of soil required for vine burying in severe cold areas of my country; third, the soil conveying mechanism of the grape vine burying machine is developed to make the soil taken out by the rotary tillage and soil taking components be evenly and concentratedly thrown on the grape vines; fourth, the gear box with integrated transmission and reversing functions is developed, so that the soil conveying mechanism of the grape vine burying machine can choose the direction of soil burying.
