Working principle of the apricot pit removal machine: The apricot pit removal machine drives the reducer through an electric motor, and after the reducer is decelerated, the power is output to the crank-connecting rod mechanism to drive the pit removal mechanism to do up and down reciprocating motion and cooperate with the apricot disc that does circular motion to achieve uninterrupted pit removal. First, after the motor rotates, it drives the input shaft of the worm gear reducer, and after it is decelerated, the output shafts at both ends of the reducer are respectively transmitted to the crank-connecting rod mechanism and the coupling in the same form of motion. The output shaft at one end of the reducer is connected to the crank-connecting rod mechanism, and then the pit removal mechanism (punching rod, unloading apricot rod) is driven by the connecting rod to do up and down reciprocating linear motion, and the pitting and unloading functions of the apricot fruit are completed when it moves downward. The output shaft at the other end of the reducer is connected to the coupling and is transmitted to the bevel gear through the coupling. After the vertical transmission motion of the bevel gear, the dial rotates, and then the dial toggles the groove wheel. At the same time, the apricot disc coaxial with the groove wheel realizes intermittent rotation under the drive of the groove wheel, achieving the effect of positioning and conveying the apricot disc. Through the coordination of these two forms of movement, the purpose of removing the apricot kernel is fully achieved, that is, when the kernel removal mechanism is ready to perform work downward, the apricot plate is just in a stationary state, completing the kernel flushing and unloading work, and the apricot fruits after the kernel is removed fall from the apricot discharge trough, and the kernel falls from the kernel discharge trough, completing the collection of the apricot kernel separation. When the kernel removal mechanism completes the kernel removal work and is ready to move upward, the apricot plate rotates an angle (60) at the same time, and works reciprocatingly in this way.
