The mechanism of the double-head rivet assembly equipment was designed by SW2016 and includes editable part features. New materials and processes are used in key parts of the equipment to improve the stability of equipment operation; the equipment adopts some new structures, and some debugging positions are visualized to improve the operability of the equipment; the equipment adopts a semi-enclosed structure and an oil mist treatment system is used inside to make the equipment safer, more beautiful, less noisy, and more environmentally friendly. It realizes automatic control of the equipment – detection and control such as lack of material detection, automatic counting, abnormal upsetting, and separation of unqualified products (unqualified products due to changes in head thickness and concentricity of the nail foot and the head); it realizes digital production control in the workshop – 40 devices are grouped as a group, and a terminal (host computer) can be used to connect to these 40 devices (slave computers) to issue orders, monitor the order production status of the slave computers, and form a database for the equipment status.
