This machine can label the upper flat surface, curved surface and concave surface of the product with a labeling accuracy of up to ±0.2mm. It is mainly used for precision labeling of electronic components and digital products, such as SD cards, mobile phone batteries, FPC labeling, etc. High-precision labeling highlights the excellent quality of products and improves competitiveness. The workpiece to be labeled is placed in a fixed position manually → step on the foot switch → the label pressing cylinder is pressed down → the label suction cylinder is pressed down → the label peeling cylinder retracts to the right, a label is peeled off and sucked by the suction head → the label covering cylinder is pressed down to attach the label to the workpiece → all cylinders are reset → the traction motor rotates to pull the next label to the original position. A labeling cycle is completed.
The drawing solidworks 2018 can be edited with features.
