The continuous elevator is a professional equipment for lifting and conveying square items such as carton products and plastic turnover boxes. The main working principle of the machine is to use four closed chains to drive, and install a certain number of load plates on the chains at intervals. The transmission chain drives the load plates to complete the four repeated cycles of box entry, lifting, unloading and return. The box entry entrance is equipped with an automatic control roller conveyor line for intermittent box entry with the lifting host. The host adopts variable frequency speed control, which flexibly controls the speed to make the logistics line operation smoother. Working range: continuous and uninterrupted transportation of single items between floors.
Suitable for conveying products: carton goods, bagged goods, plastic turnover boxes, pallet goods, and other single goods with general fixed shapes
Large load range: up to 100Kg.
Conveying rate: 20 pieces/min.
Generally, one-way operation is adopted during operation, and two-way operation can also be adopted.
When the continuous lift is working, the return of the shelf does not occupy the working cycle, the conveying efficiency is high, and it is not affected by the conveying height.
Used in conjunction with the entrance and exit conveying equipment, the conveying process is fully automated, avoiding the instability caused by manual operation
