The filter tank includes a number of filter tubes, the openings of which are installed at the bottom of the filter tank in a uniformly distributed manner on the bottom surface and terminate in a collection tank, which is located at a lower level than the bottom of the filter tank and leads to a buffer tank from which the liquid level of the buffer tank is controlled and connected to the air chamber of the filter tank through a compensation pipe.
