The T-nut assembly machine comes with an automatic assembly nut plus a list and a progress management table. The equipment is a T-nut assembly machine SW2013 design, including SW engineering drawings, electrical lists, and PPT proposals. Design principle: The detailed design of the equipment structure is very reasonable. The hardware iron parts and nuts are automatically assembled and flattened, and the flattening height of the iron parts is automatically detected. The equipment is in use by Honda Company. The equipment is mature and stable, especially for engineers who make non-standard assembly equipment. It is of great reference value.
Vibration plate production requirements: The equipment requires 900 finished products per hour. One finished product must be produced every four seconds
1. The vibration plate produces at least 35 products per minute
2. The maximum diameter of the vibration plate top plate is 500
3. The vibration plate bottom plate is adapted to the top plate
4. Two direct vibrations and two vibration plates. One for one.
