Crankshaft heat treatment robot loading and unloading tooling equipment, this is a robot loading and unloading and hoisting crankshaft heat treatment process plan made for a crankshaft heat treatment plant in Shandong. Figure 1. Workers use mechanical hooks to hang the crankshaft that has not been heat treated on the crankshaft hanger on the circular track; 2. After the crankshaft passes through the circular track and enters the heat treatment roller, it is heat treated; 3. After the crankshaft is heat treated, the hanger carrying the crankshaft stops after reaching the position of the robot; 4. The robot’s fixture grabs the crankshaft and puts it into an empty storage rack. After the storage rack is full of crankshafts, the worker pulls the storage rack away;
