This machine is a resistance welding machine 3D, which connects the core wire and terminal after the wire harness is stripped through a resistor.
This equipment is a resistance welding (spot welding) type of contact welding. Its basic principle is that the weldment is welded by the welding current under pressure and relies on resistance heat to weld the workpiece. When the welder is welding, after the start switch is pressed, the solenoid valve is activated, the compressed air pushes the cylinder to move, and the electrode head presses the workpiece. After a delay, the thyristor in the controller is turned on, the welding process begins, the transformer primary circuit is connected, and the secondary circuit completes the welding through the workpiece. After the maintenance and rest time, the solenoid valve is reversed, the electrode head is lifted, and a working cycle is completed.
