Robotic Ultrasonic Welding Equipment – 3D Model SolidWorks
The equipment uses a 15KG Yaskawa robot to weld the front fender of the car, ultrasonic welding, and an ultrasonic welding head is installed at the front end of the robot. Because the front fender of the car is very large, a jig is used for loading, and the product is manually placed on the jig and pressed. The feeding platform transports the product to the robot’s working position. Another feeding platform sends the welded product back. In this way, the two platforms feed alternately. The robot is wall-mounted.
