Tar-Anthracene Oil Heat Exchanger – 3D Model SolidWorks
Tar distillation process: The raw tar is heated by a heat exchanger and a preheater. After heating, the tar passes through a pre-dehydration tower and a dehydration tower to remove water and light oil. The anhydrous tar is heated by a tubular furnace and enters a vacuum tower, where phenol oil and anthracene oil are separated by negative pressure distillation.
