Brief introduction to the operation process of the glass flatness inspection machine:
1. Place the product manually and fix it with the inner clamp of the fixture;
2. The side clamp of the fixture vacuum absorbs the product to fix it.
3. The XY mobile module is equipped with upper and lower line laser line scanning to detect the flatness and step size of the product. The upper and lower lines run synchronously to monitor the corresponding flatness. OK products are manually unloaded, and NG alarm prompts manual removal.
