Brief introduction to the action flow of laser inspection (including DFM) equipment:
1. The product is manually placed into the fixture, and the side clamping device manually clamps the product to position it in an L shape. The product is vacuum adsorbed to ensure that the product is completely combined with the fixture plane;
2. The fixture transplanting module adopts the Hiwin KK screw module plus a servo motor drive. The module moves to the bottom of the test, and the laser works to detect the flatness and step size of the product.
