Completed functions:
Complete the welding of 128 solder joints on the product (80 solder joints on the front side and 48 solder joints on the back side), and the front and back sides of the product are switched automatically by the machine.

Basic configuration of the equipment:
1. Stepper motor drives the belt shaft (Japan Sansha Motor SAMSR MOTOR)
2. Servo motor drive screw module (Japan Panasonic PANASONIC)
3. Auxiliary accessories such as guide rails and sliders (Taiwan HIWIN)
4. Pneumatic components and accessories (Taiwan AIRTAC)
5. Axis control electronic control and accessories (Taiwan Delta DELTA)
6. Soldering iron and temperature control (Germany ERSA)
7. Reducer (Taiwan CHENTA)
Equipment details:
1. The double-head automatic soldering machine comes with a cleaning mechanism for the soldering iron tip, a tin box and a brush;
2. The spacing between the soldering iron groups is adjusted by a servo motor equipped with a grating ruler automatic adjustment mechanism;
3. The equipment is a non-standard configuration consisting of three servo screw modules (X/Y/Z) and two stepper motors (U axis);
4. The equipment operating system is written by our company, which can realize one-click import of coordinates (the customer needs to provide the product solder point coordinates)
5. The front and back of the product are automatically reversed by a servo motor equipped with a reducer.
6. The double-head soldering machine is expected to have a welding efficiency of 1.5s for a single solder point
7. The machine can automatically alarm, pause, and continue to run after the alarm is quickly cleared manually
