This equipment is NEWPORT series, which the company has successfully mass-produced. It is an original equipment drawing, designed by SW2012, containing 139 parts drawings, 7 assembly drawings, and 1 general assembly drawing. It has complete parts features and parameters that can be edited. It is for learning reference only! NEWPORT series diaphragm compressors rely on the deformation of the diaphragm to change the volume of the air cavity to achieve gas compression. A curved surface is processed on the cylinder head and the oil distribution plate of the diaphragm machine’s diaphragm head, which respectively form an air cavity and an oil cavity with the diaphragm sandwiched between the two. The air cavity is connected to the suction and exhaust valves installed in the valve hole of the cylinder head, while the oil cavity is connected to the oil cavity in the cylinder body through the numerous guide holes on the oil distribution plate. The bolts around the diaphragm head fasten the cylinder head, diaphragm, oil distribution plate and cylinder body together, so that the air cavity and oil cavity in the diaphragm head are sealed without leakage.
